Our reclaimed wood is selected for its health, strength and inherent beauty. We carefully curate wood selections for every order, rendering each piece of our furniture truly one-of-a-kind.

The natural character of reclaimed wood includes nail holes, grain, knots, fade and markings from its origin and life history. Our restorative process is careful to refine rather than disguise these elements. We start with a rigorous sourcing process and continue with highly selective artisans who choose one by one each piece for every order. All of our furniture goes through a consistent, cohesive process that both elevates and honors the legacy of old made new.

Kase Custom furniture is made-to-order, and current build time can be viewed here. Once shipped, transit time is typically 3-8 business days depending on destination location.

Need it sooner? 

If you need furniture without the build time, please visit our In Stock page for ready-to-ship pieces. These pieces typically ship within 1  week of order, and can often be expedited further. Contact us at hello@kasecustom.com to explore expedited shipping options.

Shipping Options

You will find two shipping options available at checkout:

  1. Complimentary Freight or FedEx Ground. Freight is delivered at the curb-level by appointment and FedEx Ground services as standard for your address. 
  2. Full Service White Glove. This is a premium delivery option for a $250 fee. White Glove includes inside delivery to room of choice, unpacking, placement, assembly, and debris removal. Available for deliveries within the Contiguous USA.

Note: Your furniture never needs detergent, bleach, ammonia or all-purpose cleaners. Many of these products are harmful to the finish, wood and environment.

Our furniture is made-to-order precisely to your customizations, and as such, orders are final sale.

This service exists to ensure your furniture will work well in your space(s) as well as to build confidence in your purchase. Our aim is for your furniture to not only last but to be loved for generations to come.

How many does it seat?

To find the approximate space available for seating at our high top tables, subtract 8" from the table length.

For example, a 72” table offers 64” of room for seating.

What seating height works with high top tables?

Kase Custom builds to industry-standard heights for dining, counter and bar tables. So, seating options appropriately titled Dining, Counter, or Bar should work with your chosen table height.

For example, choose counter-height stools for your counter-height table.

Here's a quick reference of compatible table and chair heights:

Dining Height: 30”

  • Best paired with standard dining chairs approximately 18” tall.

Counter Height: 36”

  • Best paired with stools/seating approximately 24” tall.

Bar Height: 42”

  • Best paired with stools/seating approximately 30” tall.

Bonus: We offer bench seating for all three of our height options.

Tell me about power grommets

Power grommets are installed into the tabletop, and the power supply cord drops from the underside of our Sequoia table. The supply cord must be plugged in to power the tabletop outlets. Placement of the grommet on the tabletop is selected when adding to your cart. All grommets are equipped with:

  • Two (2) AC outlets (125V/12A)
  • Two (2) USB-A (5V/2A Max)
  • One (1) USB-C (5V/2A Max) charging port

Do caster wheels add height to my table?

No, caster wheels do not add height. We adjust the legs so your table stays at the exact dimension you select.

Our tables are available in three standard heights:

  • Dining height: 30"
  • Counter height: 36"
  • Bar height: 42"

Our caster wheels feature floor-safe rubber wheels that roll easily and lock securely in place.

Is assembly required?

Yes, simple leg assembly is required for Sequoia.

15 minutes and a crescent wrench are all you need. Watch an assembly video or see instructions on our Assembly & Care page.

If assembly is an issue for you, we offer White Glove Delivery.

How do I care for my table?

Can Kase Custom furniture be used outdoors?

All of our custom wood furniture pieces is designed solely for indoor use. The outdoor elements (humidity, rain, and sun exposure) can weaken the sealant and stain as well as the integrity of the wood. 

Nonetheless, we understand some of our customers choose to use their tables outdoors. We urge you to consider this only if your furniture will be in a well-protected outdoor area. 

Outdoor use is at your own risk and can be expected to shorten the life of your furniture.

Please note that our Lifetime Guarantee does not protect furniture used outdoors.

How long does shipping take?

Once your furniture leaves our Arizona woodshop, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days, depending on your location.
