All Kase Custom furniture is handmade to order and ships according to our current build time. The most accurate lead time is always listed in the homepage banner and in our FAQs.
Complimentary Delivery – USA
We offer complimentary delivery within the Contiguous United States. Orders ship via curbside freight delivery or FedEx/UPS Ground depending on your location.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is available for a flat fee based on order total. This fee will appear at checkout.
Transit Times
USA: typically 3–8 business days
Canada: typically 6–10 business days
You’ll receive an email when your order is prepped for shipment.
FedEx/UPS shipments include tracking; freight shipments require a delivery appointment once the order reaches your local terminal.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove service is available in most U.S. locations for $250 and includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, placement, assembly, and removal of packaging.
If White Glove service is unavailable in your area, we will contact you with alternatives and refund the fee.
Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms. We remain responsible for your shipment until delivery. If any issues arise, contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.

Every Kase Custom piece is built by hand and made to order. Once an order is confirmed, production begins promptly, and we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or returns.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
