Shipping Policy

All Kase Custom furniture is handmade to order and ships based on our current build time. The most accurate lead time is always listed in the homepage banner and in our FAQs.

Free Shipping Within the Contiguous USA

We offer complimentary nationwide shipping on all furniture orders. Depending on your location, your order will ship via curbside freight delivery or FedEx/UPS Ground.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada for a flat fee based on order total. The exact rate appears at checkout.

Delivery & Transit Times

  • United States: typically 3–8 business days

  • Canada: typically 6–10 business days

Once your piece is prepped for shipment, you’ll receive an email notification.

  • FedEx/UPS shipments include full tracking with an estimated delivery date.

  • Freight shipments (commercial) deliver during receiving hours; (residential) the carrier will call to schedule an appointment when the shipment reaches your local terminal.

White Glove Delivery Service

White Glove delivery is available in most U.S. locations for $250. This premium service includes:

  • Room-of-choice delivery

  • Unpacking and placement

  • Professional assembly

  • Removal of all packaging

  • Coverage of unlimited items within one order

You can select this option at checkout or request a change afterward by emailing hello@kasecustom.com.

If White Glove service is not available in your area, we’ll reach out with alternatives and refund the service fee.

Safe, Reliable Delivery (DAP Shipping Terms)

All orders ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms, meaning we stay responsible for your shipment until it reaches you. If any issues occur during transit or at delivery, contact us — we’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve it and ensure your furniture arrives safely.
