Trade professionals considering joining the program require any combination of two of the qualifications listed below.

Trade Program FAQ

Who qualifies?

Interior designers, architects, contractors, hospitality and commercial buyers, and procurement teams. Provide any two of: business license, company website, EIN, trade association membership, articles of organization, state tax permit, or design degree. We respond within 1–2 business days.

What's the trade benefit?

10% off retail pricing or a commission on referred orders — your choice every time.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Trade pricing applies from the first piece.

What's the lead time?

Current build time is 4–6 weeks, plus transit. Build time adjusts with shop volume through the year; we schedule orders up to six months out and can often expedite — send us your install date.

How does delivery work?

Free delivery throughout the US — FedEx, UPS or curbside by appointment.

Canada, Hawaii, and Caribbean destinations are available at checkout with shipping calculated; other international destinations are quoted on request. White Glove inside delivery with assembly is available in most areas for $250 per delivery.

Can you provide spec sheets?

Yes — spec sheets for any product can be provided within one business day of request. Email hello@kasecustom.com.

Can I specify my own materials or finish?

Yes. We're happy to source specified finish colors for your project — subject to approval.

Can you build a custom size or design?

Yes. Any table length from 36" to 120" at dining, counter, or bar height is standard; larger and non-standard pieces are quoted individually.

Is the furniture built for commercial use?

Yes. Our tables are in daily service at Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, universities, and US military installations, and the Kase Lifetime Guarantee covers commercial installations on the same terms as residential.

What are the payment terms?

Payment confirms the order and commissions the build. Net terms are available for government and institutional purchase orders.
