The Kase Lifetime Guarantee

Every piece we build carries a lifetime guarantee against structural failure, joint separation, weld or hardware failure, and finish delamination. Residential and commercial installations get identical coverage — we build one way. Repair or replace, claims answered within 2 business days, freight covered on approved claims. Full terms.

How the Trade Program works

Trade professionals considering joining the program require any combination of two of the qualifications listed below.

• Company website 
• EIN tax ID number 
• Trade membership or certificate
• Articles of organization (LLC)
• State-issued tax permit/reseller's license 
• Design profession degree/diploma/certificate
