Shipping & FAQ

We ship nationwide. Please contact us before ordering from outside the US mainland so we can provide an accurate quote.
Our pieces are all handcrafted in Tempe, Arizona and current expected delivery is 4-8 weeks. We do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. If you have a deadline to receive or there are any delivery parameters (business hours, travel dates, etc.) please drop us a line so we're aware and can properly note your order.

How do you ship?

Many smaller pieces ship USPS, FedEx and UPS. We ship larger items via both major freight carriers and independent shippers. Your shipping method will depend on what you order and your delivery destination. We are always responsible for your order until it arrives to you safely.


Do you do custom work?

We offer customization of the pieces in our product line and can often accommodate special order of similar designs. We do not offer in home design or installation.


Can I pick up my order in AZ?

Yes! You’re always welcome to pickup an order free of charge from our Tempe shop during our business hours. We are also able to provide local delivery for a fee.


Where do you get your wood?

Our wood is sourced from many different places and is made up of several varieties. You may find siding, decking, fencing, deconstructed furniture, shipping pallets, barn wood or whatever else we can get our hands on. Our wood goes through a careful selection process and only beautiful and healthy pieces find their place in our furniture.


What does the wood feel like? Is it sealed?

Our wood table tops are well sanded and sealed and we invest a great deal of time in finishing. Our furniture pieces have a one of a kind rustic character by design and no two will ever be exactly alike. The surfaces are beautifully done and finished to look natural. We do offer a high gloss sealant by request, at no additional charge.


How do I care for my new furniture?

We suggest washing the furniture with a soft cloth dampened with warm water.


Do you have a showroom?

We do have some examples of our work available to see and welcome you to visit our small shop in Tempe AZ. We are open for visitors by appointment.


Is anything available to ship right away?

Most pieces are built to order, but we do have some pieces available to ship. Visit Ready to Ship to see what's available or Contact us. 


Do you offer rush services?

We are sometimes able to accommodate rush services on a limited basis. Please Contact us with your needs and we’ll do our best to help.


Do you make outdoor furniture?

We do not offer outdoor furniture at this time. Our reclaimed wood furniture is recommended solely for use indoors.


What is your return policy?

Our custom pieces are built just for you and are final sale, but we strive to provide outstanding customer service and if we make a mistake, we'll do our best to fix it. Happy customers are our priority.
